President Ramaphosa to lead South Africa’s hosting of the 10th BRICS Summit
President Cyril Ramaphosa will lead the South African government in hosting the 10th BRICS Summit that takes place at the Sandton Convention Centre, Johannesburg, from today, Wednesday 25 July 2018, to Friday, July 27.
This is the first occasion on which President Ramaphosa will host the Summit, following his election as President in February 2018.

Department of Labour hosts last Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa (BRICS) Labour and Employment Working Group and Ministerial Meetings
Following the successful hosting of the BRICS Labour and Employment Meeting in May this year in Mbombela, Mpumalanga, the Department of Labour will once again host the second and last BRICS meeting as chair from Monday to Friday at Fairmont Zimbali Hotel in Kwa-Dukuza, KwaZulu-Natal.

All media accredited to the 10th BRICS Summit who still have to collect their accreditation cards, please note that the accreditation centre will be open tomorrow, Tuesday, 24 July 2018, from 08h30 to 22h00. The accreditation centre will be open everyday from 08h30 until 27 July 2018.
